Trial Flying Lessons in the Super Cub  PA -18

Reach for the skies with a lesson in our classic Piper Super Cub.  This will be one of the most fun and rewarding activies you will ever experience.  Sitting in front of the Instructor you will feel the world at your feet as you soar into the air.  Take the controls as you cruise over the wonderful Berkshire countryside in this classic training aircraft. 

This exciting introduction to flying will give you the distinct impression that you are the Pilot and you are flying it all by yourself!  The Cub is an easy little plane to fly, with fewer instruments than the more modern aircraft and very responsive to the controls.  You will find yourself picking it up very quickly.  The Super Cub is a 'tail dragger' so unlike the Piper Warrior it has a tail wheel and is therefore well suited to the grass runways of White Waltham.  It is also renowned for its ability to take off and land in very short distances.
