WLAC and Joystick Club (JSC) Speaker Night Programme 2025/2026
White Waltham Airfield together with The Joystick Club have been busy arranging an exciting programme of live talks to take place in the Clubhouse over the winter months.

| Wednesday 8th | Black Robertson - Cyril Babbage - the Shy Assassin | The inspiring story of a butcher’s son turned Battle of Britain Spitfire ace. Despite being shot down three times, he survived to become the first pilot to down an FW-190 before serving as a D-Day Mosquito pilot. |
| Monday 20th | Steve Markham - Building and Flying a Spitfire Mk26 (TBC) | A builder’s journey recreating the legendary Spitfire in kit form, with insights into the challenges and joys of flying a Mk26 replica. |
| Wednesday 6th | Colin Bell | We are honoured to host WWII veteran Squadron Leader Colin Bell. A Pathfinder pilot with 608 Squadron, Colin flew 50 missions over Germany in the legendary "Wooden Wonder," the de Havilland Mosquito. Join us to hear his gripping, firsthand accounts of high-speed raids on Berlin and life inside the cockpit of this iconic RAF aircraft. |
